Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation and refund policy for appointments
​
Cancellation of appointments booked through this website should be done up to 24 hours prior to the slot booked. 90% of the booking amount will be refunded to the actual medium of payment within 3-5 business days.
Note: No cancellation will be accepted post the aforementioned time period and in such cases, no refunds will be made.
Cancellation and refund policy for products ordered

An order can be cancelled till the time it is not dispatched from our warehouse. 100% refund will be made if the cancellation request is made prior to the communication about the product being dispatched to the customer is sent. The amount will be refunded to the actual medium of payment within 3-5 business days.
No cancellation and/or refund request will be accepted once the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
